One lucky Kiwi got an unusual piece of New Zealand history this week - x-rays of famous penguin Happy Feet.
Happy Feet washed up on the Kapiti Coast in a pretty dire state back in 2011. Wellington Zoo took him in and fix him up while New Zealand watched.
Totally unbeknownst to the Emperor Penguin he'd become a bit of an NZ media star - on TV, radio and print around the world.
After Happy Feet's tracker stopped working we hadn't heard much about New Zealand's favourite penguin until his x-rays appeared onsite.
It's pretty unusual for us to see something like this but it was a fun auction and someone walked away with their own weird piece of history for $100.
