Husband house

Sometimes a magnificent description can turn the mundane into the magnificent (or at least help it sell a lot better).

That was the case with a kennel listed on Trade Me recently

The seller gave the kennel a range of potential future uses including as an 'entry level unit of someone looking to enter the Auckland housing market', an 'addtional room for the Queenstown rental' or 'outside lodgings when in trouble with your wife'.

The seller also went into great detail around the upsides of the house including it's 'neutral colour scheme', 'attempted mural art' and a removable balcony to mix up the scenery.

Stuff and the NZ Herald got on board the auction which had nearly 13,000 views and sold for $121.

A sound example of a seller giving their all in the description to make the ordinary extraordinary and get themselves a sale.
