Trading at alert level 2

With our move to alert level 2, from Thursday 14 May there’ll be some changes to our services.

The safety of our members is still our top priority. All members must follow the Government’s guidelines, that means maintaining a minimum 1-metre distance from other members at all times.

Below are a few more updates on how our services will change from Thursday.

You'll be able to buy and sell general items as normal. It's important that you make sure you are following the Government’s guidelines and our COVID-19 safe trading guidelines.

During alert level 2, trades should be contactless where possible. That's why we recommend using contactless payment options like Ping, bank transfer or Afterpay. We also recommend using our ‘Book a courier’ service for contactless delivery.

At level 2, you’ll be able to buy and sell vehicles again.

We've created some handy tips on how to buy and sell vehicles safely. It's important that you follow these guidelines to keep your fellow Kiwis safe.

At alert level 2, open homes, rental viewings and public auctions can take place. We’ll have more guidance on how these may work soon.

Please make sure to keep a minimum 1-metre distance from others and follow the Government’s guidelines

Take care, stay safe and let us know if we can help with anything.
