Trump toast

Could this auction make toast great again?

Early this week, Adam in Greymouth went about his usual morning routine and made himself some toast. Little did he know that his breakfast would resemble none other than the President of the United States, Donald Trump.

"When the toast popped up, low and behold, an image of the man that has divided the world appeared right in front of me, staring at me like an apparition from another dimension," he said.

Adam decided to take a photo of the toast, before feeding his breakfast to his cat, and sell the photo on Trade Me for a $1 reserve.

The slice of bread made headlines in NZ and in the U.S, fetching over 3,900 views in just 2 days.

#Fakenews or not it's for a great cause. "All funds raised will be donated to my dear friend Lisa Fisher who's travelling to Russia for Multiple Sclerosis treatment in October, so all going well we might be able to raise a little bit towards her costs, thanks to good old Donald Trump."

The auction closes on the 18th of January at 7:30pm.
